It saddens me that Rush is considering becoming a Mormon. I always thought he was partial to Romney, not overtly, but just some of his remarks over the years. If he did support a candidate openly, and I don’t believe he would unless that person was the nominee, I suspect it would be Romney.

Rush smokes cigars and enjoys adult beverages. I don’t see him giving up his pleasures for the micromanagement of Mormon Sharia.
Plus, his tithe would be 2.5 million a year in order for him to even have a shot at entering the temple and getting the special underwear.

It's so good to know that what people do in their lives, how they help or hurt their fellow man, how they care for those less fortunate then them, means absolutely nothing.
All one has to do is “believe” as we are told to... and the world will be a better place.

Substitute any religion or denomination for the word 'Mormonism' and the statement is true but has no real point.

All man-made religions are false. The Word of God is the only thing that will stand forever, while all the lies of the world will burn in the end.
This still does not mean we “hate” mormons. We don’t.
The problem is, FR has descended from being a pro-America site, to, for many, an anti-Mormon site.
Unless you beleive that anti-Americanism is a tenant of the Mormon faith, what possible place does it have here?
