He inhabits the praises of his people. I had an audio "glimpse" of Praise after prayers once just heavenly. I believe the real ecstasy is when we will be near God without the worldly trappings(the flesh, The world and the devil). That will be heaven.

REVELAION 22:

3And there shall be No Curse any more; but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and his servants shall serve him.

4And they shall see his face: and his name shall be on their foreheads.(Gee why do we do the sign of the cross there when the Gospel's read during Mass-Holy Spirit inspired indeed!!)

5And night shall be no more: and they shall not need the light of the lamp, nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God shall enlighten them, and they shall reign for ever and ever.

No more Light but GOD. What an awesome GOD!!!!

Praise Jesus!!! Amen!

One time, I was traveling, joined a crowded Mass wherever I was that evening ... and heard an elderly priest give this as His explanation of the "happiness" of Heaven. Perhaps he was all wrong, but it struck a serious note with me and has stayed with me through the years.

Roughly, he likened the feeling of happiness a young teen or someone very "in love" feels when they anticipate seeing and finally see their "love".

One could feel this anticipation or satisfaction when referring to the Happiness of Heaven multiplied by thousands.

Almost all of us have experienced that wonderful feeling and I have remembered it always.

I "speak" to my deceased husband often and ask him this very question, not for any reason of apologetics ... but in anticipation of someday seeing him again, even though I know that that may not be a part of Heaven's Happiness.

For my own part, I have always remembered this simple explanation ... not any part of real apologetics, but reasonable for me.
