A community of faith has two aspects.

One is that it brings people together who believe the same.

Another is that it leaves out those who do not believe the same.

Some focus on the first part - and that is good because when the Bible talks of a Church it talks of the community of the faithful.

Others focus on the second part. I don’t think that is a very healthy impulse.

**A community of faith has two aspects.**

Even the Apostles stated this!

As stated on this thread:
Church History: The Didache [Catholic/Orthodox Caucus]

The Didache 1.1 is clear enough: "There are two Ways, one of Life and one of Death, and there is a great difference between the two Ways." This implies one of the most basic (and necessary) principles of the Christian life: by God’s grace, strive to do good and avoid evil.

So I am totally dumbfounded when Christians posting on this site, slur, slander, post non-truths or half truths about other churches.

It just blows me away! (But I'll stay.)
