Of course it's some kind of reflection, but it's one freaky reflection. The question in my mind isn't what caused it, but why does it look so much like a rider and horse?

Spooky. Looking closely, it appears to be the reflection of a banner being held fairly near the camera, and not in the crowd.

I agree I would also say that if the was the 4th Horseman we would not have to question what it was, it would be as plain as day not some fleeting glimpse.

Well, since the pale green horseman has the power to kill 1/4 of all on earth, I guess we will know if people start dropping dead.
