His thoughts are not our thoughts. His thoughts are higher. We have absolutely no idea of the plans He is orchestrating. You're all hung up on your concept and understanding of what is good and what is bad. It may not agree with His definition of what is good and bad.
Satan knows the Old and New Testament better than either you or I could ever hope to. Difference is he rejects it.
I am truly sorry for your loss. However you are not alone. My sister suffered 6 months with a debilitating lung disease that slowly suffocated her over that time period. December brought about the first anniversary of my 14 month old son's death. I am not unacquainted with death. But as Job said, if we accept the good things from Him, should we not also accept the bad (as we define things in this fallen world)? Everything is His to give and take away OO. I am glad and thankful we are both in scripture. Lord bless and keep us both and our families! :)
