Make sure to apologize, because it’s not the OPC, or the PCA — it’s God’s Word.

The Romanist Church has long ago abandoned the notion that Scripture funds the Church. They think the teaching office of their church is trustworthy in and of itself and sufficient for norming all doctrines and practices. Therefore there is no obligation to affirm the necessity of Scripture.
Of course we know better. The Word creates and governs the Church.
