The staunch Catholics in my family find divisive articles such as this offensive. Ignorant bigotry is not spreading the gospel as Jesus taught. Many cloak themselves in religion merely to use it for their own ends. I don’t consider the author(s) of this article a true Catholic(s) nor Christlike — at least not the kind of Christlike Catholics I live with and love.
Is it loving to allow blasphemy? Is it loving to knowingly let someone go to Hell? It is not bigotry to speak the truth.
The Catholic church teaches that we are to share the true faith and defend against false teachings. They also do not recognize LDS baptism or Mormonism as a valid Christian path, or that Mormons are ‘separated bretheren’ (which is what they consider protestants).
It appears that your views are at odds with your Catholic faith.
