The consensus in the general Jewish public in Israel is widespread and against renting or selling homes to Arabs, but whoever dares express is faces aggression, he said. There is a public sentiment preventing us from saying what we believe, that we love the Land of Israel, that we are Zionists and prefer our Jewish brethren over Arabs, that we are proud in the national home for the Jewish people in Israel.
SINCE TUESDAY, when the rabbis letter became public, some 200 additional rabbis serving as educators or neighborhood rabbis have signed a very similar statement circulated by various bodies hoping to save the State of Israel from a silent takeover by Arab elements, who with Iranian and Saudi support, have determined to undermine the Jewish presence by buying out entire areas in the country, Buaron said.
The fact that it is rabbis and not politicians countering the described phenomenon is because spiritual and educational leaders are committed to higher, eternal values, and also willing to pay the price for their beliefs, Buaron explained.

Since gentiles is not a race, proving racial incitement is problematic, explained attorney Dr. Aviad Hacohen. The original statements made by Eliahu last decade were about Arabs, which is why court proceedings could take place against him in 2006.
If the rabbis can build momentum, and keep unity, their next effort should be to call for the state to nationalize all holy sites, so that no other nation, or gentile religion, can claim inviolable rights beyond the reach of the state, nor use such a site as an excuse to conduct aggression against Israel.
Importantly, this nationalization does not mean that Israel would automatically bar any gentile religion from the management or lease of such sights. However, if some sect of a gentile religion used such a site as a rallying point against the state or the people of Israel, they could “lose their lease”, and it could be provided to a competing sect.
For example, the al-Aqsa mosque is managed by two individuals who were appointed by Arafat. If they “lost their lease”, the Israeli government could offer management to Imams of say, the Sufi sect, who are far less violent.
In fact, the Saud family uses a similar threat against the violent Wahabbi sect that rules half of Saudi Arabia, that if they make too much trouble, the Saud could turn over their control to the Sufis.
But in any event, if Jerusalem is to be the unified capital of Israel, then the Israelis should also nationalize all the “mini-Jerusalems” that have long been used by other peoples and religions as an excuse to pester the Jews.
Exactly. Not only Arabs, but Chr**tians have plenty of money invested in real estate, which many of those sites are devoted to converting Jews. Eretz israel is for Jews as HaShem declared. Any other heretical form of Judaism has no place there.
If I were a Jew living in The Land, I wouldn´t sell my land to any arab or gentile either.
That was my first reaction as well. However, the PC culture is worldwide. The problem they have is property is being bought by muslims and over time they will dominate areas of the state.
If Israel wants to stand alone this is a great way to alienate the only real ally the country has.
One thing I've learned in 30+ yrs in real estate is all the high minded moral statements go out the window when the money is on the table.
For you, I guess. I made myself quite clear.
Israel always has this confusion between the secular government and religious law.
Jewish religious law would apply equally to all non-Jews. In fact, laws against Christians might be more restrictive than for Muslims.
Recall the sabbatical years and jubilee years. Even Jews don’t get permanent title to land outside of their tribal allotment.
Seculars are objecting to the perceived intrusion of Jewish law too far into government policies.
So you are saying the only way Chr***tians will support Israel is if we let you buy property or own homes? Even if it is solely for the purpose of prothetizing Jews?
I just wish Jews in Western countries weren't so overwhelmingly in favor of massive immigration into the West.
If a Dane stands up and says "Denmark for the Danish" you can almost set your clock to a Jewish group condemning their "racism". A little reciprocity would be nice.
Based on the Bible, Israel was given by God to Jewish people and any outsiders shouldn’t try to take it over. (And I can never understand why some stupid Muslims just want to fight it and won’t leave Israel and the rest of world alone). On the other hand, if Jewish people in Israel prefer living by themselves so as to make sure they have their own homeland, by all means, they shall choose to do so. Of course, they do choose to move to other countries and live a very good life too.
