NIV Bible error - Lucifer AND Jesus are ONE in the NIV. See Isaiah 14:12.
"When I say kool-aid drinking, I mean that the web site reads as if only you and the members of this Rocky Creek Baptist Church are the only Christians on this planet and also the only ones who are going to Heaven."
The website clearly states that God has a remnant of true believers around the world. Doe it say many movements and denominations have polluted God's Word -- YES. That's true today and has been true throughout history. It's biblical and the Bible speaks of "a falling away," in the last days. We've been in the last days for 2,000 years now.
I don’t put my trust in no man or church, I only trust God.
No, it says join us and become a part of the remnant. It also says to come sense Gods presence among us.
Yes, I said “perhaps” He is. Would you advise you child to have steady diet at a restaurant you knew was lacing the food with cyanide? Why would God lead someone to a church that is teaching things that clearly violate Scripture? I spent 10 years in Pentecostal Churches, (saved, born-gain). I later left because of teachings that did not agree with the Scriptures. God led me out! Why? Because I could not fully enjoy His blessings while living in doctrinal error. Does that mean everybody in Pentecostal Churches are lost - NO. Is it possible that someone in the Catholic Church is saved - YES. Why? Because salvation is based on one’s relationship with Christ and Christ alone!
Well, God is present with His people wherever they are.
Also go read the denominations it says to avoid. Lists everyone but Baptists. Those Methodists will be real dissapointed.
So are God’s people only in Rocky Creek Baptist Church? What about other Baptists churches? Are God’s people there, too? What about Methodist churches or Catholic Churches? Are God’s people there?
The church can save no one! No church can! Churches are bodies of believers. There are local churches on street corners and there is a universal church made up of all truly born-gain believers. There are people who sit in Baptist churches every week who are lost and on their way to hell! Why, because their faith is in the church rather than Christ.
But God led me out of the Baptist church and into the Catholic Church so I could have Jesus and the Gospel in it’s Fullness!
**Is it possible that someone in the Catholic Church is saved - YES**
Not according to your churches website.
No, God’s people are not only in Rocky Creek Baptist Church. God’s people are all over the world, in the millions I’m sure. I’m sure there are born-again Christians somewhere in a Methodist or Catholic Church. With that said, they ought to leave and find a Bible-believing, Bible-teaching, Bible-preaching church. Most Methodist Churches are not teaching God’s Word; the Catholic church is not teaching God’s Word either.
I doubt that he does, but here is the verse extracted from the Codex, followed by the Revelation verse.
Isaiah 14:12:
πωϲ εξεπεϲεν εκ του ουρανου ο εωϲ φοροϲ ο πρωϊ ανα τελλων ˙ ϲυνετρι βη ειϲ την γην · α ποϲτελλων ειϲ
I see heaven, early rising, and morning light in there.
Revelation 22:16
I see philon(friends), aster(star) in there, but none of the relevant words contained in the Isaiah verse. The problem is when you translate the words to the same words in another language, you allow the superficial argument of equality. Such as this...

The guy may be terribly wrong, but a lot of Muslims will accept his argument.
The Holy Spirit will never lead someone contrary to the Written Word of God. The Spirit and the Word always agree.
When was the last time you spent alot of time in a Catholic church or a Methodist Church? And based on your churches website, I would argue strongly that they don’t teach all of the Truth, either. Maybe you should find a church that teaches Biblical truth. One that isn’t so cult-like.
**The Holy Spirit will never lead someone contrary to the Written Word of God. The Spirit and the Word always agree.**
So are you now claiming that God did not lead me to the Catholic church?
Is it possible for someone in the Catholic church to be saved — YES. Is it possible for someone to be saved by what the Catholic church teaches - NO. If someone in the Catholic church is saved, they are saved because they belived the Gospel according to Jesus Christ, not the gospel according to the Catholic church. The Catholic church is not teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ as given in the Word of God. They are teaching “another gospel.” I hope this clarifies — goodnight, I must get to bed.
***But ? if your saved, why then ? ( not knocking anyone’s church or denomination ) would anyone would want to stay in a spiritually dead, non biblical cold church ?***
I am sure that there are a multitude of reasons, such as family issues, cultural issues, location (there might not be a more exceptable option), etc.
Not the God of the Bible that I have come to know, He loves you too much; howvever, the “god of this world” may have led you there via his deception ways. He is a master at imitating the “Spirt of God.” He does come “as an angel of light” according to Paul. He led me astray on many occasions until I became saturated with God’s Word and His Spirit.
Depends which ones you listen to. Officially evangelical type churches are not considered churches in the proper sense,” Dominus Iesus, 2000), though they are considered separated brethren as long as they baptized and are ignorant that Rome is the one true church, which she declares she is, but which requires submission to her to be assured of.
