All I can think of is one of our children taking a part of a game at Toy R Us (or was it K Mart?) and my husband marching them back to the clerk who checked us out so that said child could return the item.
Don't know about the glee connected with the taking of the item, but I know the child was benefited by my husband's action.
Or would this be more like someone drinking too much, becoming an alcoholic, hitting bottom and finally recovering. Might they have been joyful when they were drinking, but regretted it later?
Anyone else?
