Aside from the Inquisition and the Crusades, I cannot think of any other events which were specifically inspired by the Christian faith and which resulted in any significant deaths.

Well, there was that little dust-up in Europe between Catholics and Protestants that spawned a couple of centuries worth of wars; and ended up killing about a third of Germany, plus however many others in England, France, Spain, and elsewhere.....

The Thirty Years War involved many nations, but two of the opposing players were Catholic Spain and Catholic France.

Yes, religious differences played some part. But this was largely a political struggle over the Holy Roman Empire (which wasn't Holy, wasn't Roman, and wasn't an empire).
