This is an easy one. Jesus changed Peter's name from Simon to "Peter" in the Greek and "Cephus" in the original Aramaic.Sorry; but the RECORD shows that PETER was in use BEFORE the time that Jesus supposedly 'changed' it.

Sorry; but the RECORD shows that PETER was in use BEFORE the time that Jesus supposedly 'changed' it. It was Jesus who changed Simon's name to Cephus (Peter, Rock) when they met.
