Interesting -- I'm not sure what difference it makes one way or another, in a sense that this tragic death wouldn't have gotten much attention except for the fact that the incident occurred at a football practice.

I can understand his comments on that. I mentioned that to my husband and he said it's Declan's immediate boss who is at fault. That the coach can't be doing every job on the field, or he wouldn't be able to coach. Clearly, someone wasn't thinking regarding this tragedy. The University is going to get sued to the hilt (which they should).
