That's probably because ND, like Harvard has a pantload of donations they've already stolen from it's donors. Harvard hadbillions before their complicity in the trashing of the economy/Republicans-in-general, etc. Likely ND has more cash and foundation money tanked away than they will ever need to spend. They all just pander for donations because it is ingrained into their liberal DNA - BNA (B- for 'beggars').
