If you take some time out of your spam and paste long enough to read the article, you will find that Tiger Cubs (6year olds) are not part of the LDS Scouting program. They start at age 8.

Since I know NOTHING about the internals of either; I figured a person with some experience could cut to the chase, so to speak.
