Before you scoff at the possibility, recognize that it has already been happening to people.
The homosexual lobby is relentless and is not seeking tolerance. It is seeking coerced social approval of homosexual behavior.
That includes forcing non-homosexuals to participate in homosexual “pride” celebrations.
It happened right here in San Diego, where four fire fighters men were ordered to participated in the local “San Diego Pride Parade” (notice how even the word “gay” is missing from the name of the event? That’s evidence of what linguists sometimes call the “euphemism treadmill”—where a euphemism for something viewed negatively eventually takes on the negative connotations of what it was originally intended to substitute for; more evidence of that happening regarding the word “gay” here).
Afterwards, they filed suit against the city of San Diego, and eventually they won a jury trial on one of their grounds of complaint (that they were subject to sexual harassment at the parade by the lewdly-behaving homosexual spectators). This was recently upheld by an appeals court judge.

One thing that isn’t made clear: was the SDFD required to be there by state, county or city law to help provide for people’s safety, or were the firemen forced to be there to support the homo parade (fill out the attendance numbers, etc.)? The linked article said they sued for being harassed at the parade. I didn’t see any mention about being “forced to attend”. A clear distinction needs to be made here. Then again, there’s always calling in “sick” . . . . Would the SDFD force a Jew who lost relatives in the Holocaust be forced to work or participate in a Hitler Pride Parade?

They were forced to be there but not for protection of anyone. A simple search on google can find the backstory on this. Already in Britian soldiers are required to march in gay pride parades and they recruit actively open homosexuals even though the number of same sex assaults have spiked since open homosexuals were forced into the British military by the EU. Also British soldiers have received the single largest number of compliants of forcible sodomy of civilians and abuse of children of any nation in Iraq and Afghanistan.
None of this of course will make the news. Its true though and I suppose it is hateful to point it out.
