RUTHENIAN RITE

The liturgy used by the Ruthenian Catholics in Poland, the United States, and elsewhere. Said in the Slavonic language, it differs but slightly from the Byzantine Rite in the Orthdox Church.

If I may:

What is the Byzantine-Ruthenian Catholic Church?.
It's from the The Eparchy of Passaic so has a Catholic outlook but it's a good primer of how we came to be.

Here's two picture sets of Ruthenian Parishes.

My cradle parish: Sts Peter and Paul BCC, Beaver Meadows, PA
and my Grandmothers parish: St. Mary's (Dormition) Byzantine Catholic Church, Hazleton, PA,
I attended Divine Liturgy at both regularly.
