it's a Mystic Church, in other words, GNOSTIC. Based on the name Mount Carmel (in Israel where Jesus lived with those who taught the mysteries) and the mention of mystery in the body of the article, it's far from stealth in this proclamation.

Mt. Carmel is where Elijah challenged the prophets of Ba'al. I see nothing about Jesus living there with "those who taught the mysteries". (Who would that be?)

Regardless, these are Catholic monks, following in the tradition of the Carmelite order, which is 700 years old and has absolutely nothing to do with Gnosticism. Neither do these monks; they are quite orthodox.
