If France officially called for help in ridding itself of this vermin, I'd hope we say yes.

But why would France need help at this level? Surely they could supplement the police with military folk. I mean...why don’t they start a neigborhood watch over the cemetaries, which unlike here in the USA, are often visited by family members. A tradition in Europe that I kinda like.
