You know our heart, Sir. We cherish Your gift of our military personnel and this Nation. Our hearts’ desire is for their preservation and success. We daily come before Your throne with our petitions for these things and want You to know that we do wait and hope for and expect You to answer our prayers. We choose, with Your indwelling strength for Your children, to be brave and of good courage and to let our heart be stout and enduring because we know You are faithful!
Thank You for giving Your angels charge concerning our brave heroes and for hiding them under the shelter of Your wings. Thank You for sending Your Word to heal them spirit, soul and body. Thank You for giving peace and comfort and courage to those who await their return. Thank You for giving inner peace to each hero and his family members, knowing You are on the throne and You love them with a love we will spend our eternal lifetime learning.
Thank You for all the election victories You provided for us yesterday and for all those people who are working tirelessly and with Your ability and strength to win back this One Nation Under God. We are greedy for more, and, especially, for more souls in Your Kingdom. Help us work with Your Spirit to accomplish that which we know is Your will.
We worship You and love You because of Your love for us and because You are worthy. We pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Yes, Father, thank you for raising up such a magnificent group of valiant soldiers! We also request speedy and whole healing of a marine from Afghanistan who is in Bethesda who was shot four times and needs his spirit uplifted. Thank you for hearing us, Father, and heal those others that you see and we do not, for we know that you have them in the palm of your hand. Guide the hands of their doctors and give them words of encouragement from the counselors and a special gentle touch from their nurses. Be where we cannot go. Thank you for your greatness, and for your love shown through your Son. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

American commanders are hoping to clear the region of guerrillas and destroy their main fighting positions in the weeks and months ahead before President Barack Obama makes a critical assessment in December of the effectiveness of the 30,000-man surge. Success or failure here could determine the course of the war.’
Please pray that God goes before our soldiers into this battle and prepares the way for them. Especially that the IEDs are revealed and our soldiers protected.
