Moscow, September 15, Interfax - The lack of mosques in Moscow may drive Muslims to visit Orthodox churches, imam-hatyb of the Moscow Cathedral Mosque Ildar Ayautdinov expresses his concern.
"Moscow is the only place in the world where over one million Muslims are served in only four mosques. We lack premises for praying. Muslims are allowed to conduct their religious ceremonies in Orthodox churches, but we would rather avoid this extreme measure," he said in an interview to the Moscow issue of Metro daily.
He referred to the concerns voiced by the opponents of constructing a mosque in the Tekstilschiki District of Moscow that such mosque would threaten dog owners and said that "nothing threatens dogs, this is just ridiculous."
At the same time, he noted that if any dog's spittle marked clothes of a Muslim, he was not allowed to pray in such clothes, but should go and wash it.
"Another thing is important: more attention is given to animals than to the problems of human neighbours. There is a need to construct mosques, otherwise something bad will supersede spiritual development," Alyautdinov noted. Print this page

Muslims, who are known worldwide more for their violence than their generosity, would rather fight to build an uneeded mosque in Ney York, than a ‘needed’ one for their fellow believers in Moscow.
It would be unwise in the extreme for Christians in Moscow to allow Muslims in to pray in their churches. The result of that would be a newly-minted mosque and a lot of unhappy Christians out in the cold.
Never trust anyone who hates dogs.
How could they even think of praying in a Christian church? The Cross implicitly calls their prophet a liar.
If Moscow really has one million Muslims in it (highly unlikely), then it’s down the creek already.

But they paint Christ as a prophet who did not finish the job, thats why Mohammad came to complete the teaching, they say Christianity has Christ message wrong..thus you hear them say they love Jesus, just not the saviour Christ, they love the impototent prophet whose message was all screwed up..
I’ve had Muslims tell me that we aren’t that much different - they revere Jesus too.
I tell them there is a huge difference between revering and worshiping. An eternal difference.

Mohammad wanted to borrow pieces of others religions to construct his own and unite a previously un unitable people for his own aspirations, that explains his satanic verses where he would have to retract things he said and exclude them because”satan deceived him”, actually he was trying out things and when he saw that didn’t work he would retract them, Mohammad is a liar and a thief, this is how Christ described all who would seek to enter not through the gate..
That’s for sure. Say what you want about the Russians and the Chinese, I have said a few nasty things myself on more than one occasion, but as bad as those two nations are, they are in very little danger of succumbing to the kind of games Muslims play everywhere else in the world.

Orthodox churches also have lots of icons all over the place.
