Evidently the devotion fell through a crack somehow and Our Lady of Kibeho in Africa has asked that it be brought back. I believe it was the missionary Marie Claire who tortured and ridiculed the first two visionaries who was tasked with spreading this word.
The sheer grief of Our Lady in these sorrows makes this a difficult prayer to say.
The ominous thing is that this prayer comes at such a time of so much ugliness here and in the world. I thought of Lepanto and how great was the victory over such odds and even today, it is incomprehensible to historians.
