The Kulturkampf Against Germany Catholics Continues
We'd already talked about this a few months ago and as we predicted it then, the School (Realschule) owned by the Don Bosco Schulverein and the German Province of the SSPX will not be able to continue operating thanks to the flimsy pretexts of the German authorities.
The Society of Pius X is going to lose a dormitory to a harmless error in filing out a form. Anti-clerical hate for the Church from judges who have an opportunity to grab hold by the tuft.

Look up the original “Kulturkampf” (struggle of civilizations) waged by Otto von Bismarck against Catholic schools in newly unified Germany. He implemented a system of government controlled schools and sought monopoly.
IIRC, the German Kulturkampf ended in uneasy compromise between state schools and Catholic schools.
The German government hates any private education, look at home schoolers.

Romans 1 tell us what happens when man rejects God. God inflicts the most severe penalty possible - he gives them over and lets them have what they want. The results aren't pretty, in fact we are seeing it played out in contemporary society right before our eyes.
