Certainly only Jesus can judge the heart, however, from what I have heard of what appears to be a deep conviction, Glenn Beck knows the Lord and has accepted Him as Lord and Savior.

I agree. Glen has stated that he believes that Jesus is the Lord and Savior and he is proclaming with his mouth what he believes. That is exactly what Jesus said would lead to eternal salvation. What the church he belongs to is really irrelivant after that. If you believe that the church one belongs to is important, you may have fallen into the belief that your salvation depends on the collective salvation.
