Love this title. I bet you get a LOT of hits on this today. And perhaps this is where Protestants got the idea that Catholics don’t read the Bible.

They do read the Bible, but all Catholics were and ARE warned against reading a Protestant Bible translation. First of all — it is incomplete.

Secondly, the text has been changed and altered to reflect Luther’s point of view. Adding the word ‘alone’ to make it ‘faith alone’ is one example.
