Read Acts. Read Galatians. Paul is subordinate to the Council.

Have...Many times...Paul is subordinate to no one except Jesus Christ...

Ah, ah, ah. Not so fast. We are all ultimately subordinate to God. However, doctrinally and temporally, Paul was under the Council. That's the message especially of Acts and Galatians w.r.t. Paul's direction and his reporting. What message did you guys receive from Jesus at Pentecost???

That Peter was the man for the job, after the Holy Spirit had a go at him.

Iscool is corrrect, as usual. Paul was subordinate to no one except Jesus Christ..

"But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me IS NOT AFTER MAN.

"For I NEITHER RECEIVED it of MAN, NEITHER was I TAUGHT IT, but BY THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST." (Gal. 1:11,12).( Notice it's GALATIANS).

Paul neither received the gospel he preached from Peter and the 11 nor was he taught it from them.

What is funny is that Rome is the burying place for both +Peter and +Paul, and the bishop of Rome was always held in esteem because he was the successor of +Peter and Rome was the burying place of
+Peter and +Paul
