Do note, when I said "We'll remain true to Christ's teachings as we have for the past 2000 years", I was referring to us Christians and to Christ's Church. Cults like The Word of Faith and other way out "Pent-a-costal" movement with Creflo Dollar and Joyce Meyer etc where it talks about multiple gods and other strange beliefs, have only been around for less than a century.

Don't worry about them -- they will wither away too, but Christ's Church, the Apostolic Catholic and Orthodox Church, will remain, graced by God and protected by the Holy Spirit

It appears to me that Holy Spirit has left a LOT of the Vatican related buildings centuries ago and never returned.

Thankfully, Biblically sound Pentecostals have been doing more than the Roman system in South American and Asia for decades at bringing folks to a saving knowledge of Christ and to authentic mature discipleship in His Word and Gospel.
