The first book by Imaculee was “Left to Tell” about the siege of Rawanda. I couldn’t put it down.
I’m thinking of ordering a book or the DVD, even if I have to pay “first price.” One of my friends has taken in two Liberian girls (over 18, so they’re not “adopted” per se) and I think they’d be interested in another African woman’s experience. They are Christian but not Catholic, and occasionally attend our church just out of friendliness.
