Good news about Shirley!
Thank you so much, Prayer Warriors, for your attention to the needs of these two women. A few weeks ago, I was able to give you good news about Isabelle. Now, I can tell you that Shirley has had some encouraging news, as well. Below is part of a message from her daughter:
My mom had what I think you can get the best news when you hear cancer. They didn’t see any additional signs of cancer, they did find a layer within the muscle which could turn to cancer. She will go 6 weeks – 1 time per week to have a drug shot into her bladder...I don’t believe the side effects will be horrible. However, there may be some since she is having it done for 6 weeks. She actually has her first treatment on her birthday 8/10. They would have moved it back a week, but she preferred to get it started.
