There is also a “flush-free” niacin my husband takes. But he says you still have to get used to it. He slipped a niacin pill in with other vitamins he gave me one time and I didn’t know what was happening. I had a terrible reaction to it and told him I would “divorce” him if he ever did it again! I felt like I was being stung by bees all over my body. My hands and feet swelled and were beet red. I was dizzy and sweaty. Awful, awful feeling. I think I can do without this “vitamin” or else get it in some other format.
Niacin flush is not a fun thing.
Kinda like being boiled.
