Lord, I lift this little one up to You - one that was fearfully and wonderfully made by You. Father, I ask that You look upon the picture that is hanging on Your wall and gaze upon the destiny that You created for this child. I thank You for the name that has been given to this child, and I call it forth - Richard. I declare it again and again, Richard - Powerful - Ruler. For Lord, You have created this man for mighty things in Your Kingdom. I thank You for blessing this world with this unique creation of Yours and ask Your favor over him. Send angels to stand watch and protect him. And through the authority given me through the blood of Your Son, Jesus, I call off all and any attacks of the enemy that would try to drain life out of this child. I ask that You bless Richard and His family, that You reveal Yourself to them, and that You would be glorified through the miracle of this life You have created. In the name of Lord Jesus I pray, amen.
