Exactly so and in good part why so many of us are outraged over this kind of ridiculousness, especially from someone who seemingly attended Seminary, learned his own Latin, Greek, Hebrew, etal.
It’s really a silly argument, and one put forth by English speaking people only. God is a man, more truly man than we ourselves are shadow and in imitation of Him.
For we are made in his image, not he in ours.
