As I said, my husband will call, and I’ll probably write a letter to the bishop. It might take awhile, but I’ll inform the results in this thread.

Besides your Bishop, also write a letter (or call) to the Apostolic Nuncio, Pietro Sambi. Request that he advise the Pope that this heretic is still running around misleading the faithful:

Archbishop Pietro Sambi

Type of Jurisdiction: Nunciature
Elevated: 10 January 1984
Diplomatic Post
Country: United States of America

Mailing Address: 3339 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W, Washington, DC, USA
Telephone: (202)333-7121
Fax: 337-4036

A really effective move would be to gather a list of these liberal individual priests on the Internet webpage with a short line or two relating to their M.O. If the laity had a listing to reference they could then put pressure on these scoundrels and entice them to leave the church for more receptive pastures like the current Episcopal or ECLU denominations. Both parties would be served well.

Imagine some loon priest in Los Angeles getting nasty mail from a faithful member in Texas announcing the loon's unorthodox beliefs to all and advising the loon to leave the priesthood immediately. These people need to be constantly shamed and made to leave.
