If heaven is only for Christians, how did Elijah and Moses get into heaven and therefore converse with Jesus Christ at the Transfiguration?

Another question: What about all the souls who arose from their graves and were roaming around Jerusalem and elsewhere (only certain people could see them). Were not they all waiting for Christ to enter into heaven so that they, too, could enter?

Regarding my reference of heaven for Christians, my point was in reference to salvation after Christ rose from the dead: yes, I agree; I did not intend to say that Elijah, Moses, etc, from the Old Testament, etc, did not enter heaven. Sorry if my scope did not mention this.

It is true that all Old Testament faithful men and women and children did enter into Paradise, including all those in Jerusalem during Christ’s ministry. I hope that clarifies it.
