Foxman’s ADL is a joke, but Pat is a pathetic bigot and his comments were bigoted.
As an aside, Kagan is not legally Jewish, I suspect. She certainly is not observant.
Perhaps unfortunately, Elena Kagan is indeed Jewish, raised in the famous Lincoln Square Orthodox synagogue under the tutelage of the estimable Rabbi Shlomo Riskin.
