Rush Limbaugh, the leader of the free world has been under attack of late for just being a great American and a fighter for Founding Fathers ideals.
The Progressives and Liberals in the media and in government office are seeking maximum damage (to cover themselves) by slandering Rush's character and his objection to this unconstitutional bill. When they do this they are not just going after Rush, but they are also going after the American people who love and cherish freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
The Liberal, State-Run Media and their allies have been working feverishly for years to distribute the Kool-aid to those “oblivious despisers” wishing to cause maximum damage to Limbaugh’s character and reputation. It is what these ravishing wolves do best.

When Mayor Bloomingidiot suggested it was someone against health care, he was suggesting that of more than half the American people who are against health care, someone would actually try to murder and maim their fellow citizens.

We wish to contend with the tangible, worldly adversaries probably because it is far easier to fight something you see.
We prefer to fight Muslims, argue against liberals, rant against abortion, etc. If you speak publicly about satan you are derided as a lunatic.
The battle is spiritual and always has been, but it appears from my limited experience that we are nearing the end. Christians have been persecuted for ages and probably thought the same thing ( the end is near), but I see more signs than ever before, certainly in the 30 years I’ve been watching.
Values, our sense of right and wrong, come from at least a vestigial knowledge that there is a Creator.
Rush has played to that remaining sense of values for 20+ years now.
Our duty as I see it is to stand up for Christ, regardless of the consequences, until we expire or the Lord returns. In losing our lives we will gain them.
Not what a parent or young person wants to hear, but any other message is watered down.
