I’ve always asserted hereon,

that 100% of everyone

will give an account of every idle word . . .

I think that’s a higher standard than the one you were referring to.

The Room: My Dream

In that place between wakefulness and dreams, I found myself in the room. There were no distinguishing features save for the one wall covered with small index-card files. They were like the ones in libraries that list titles by author or subject in alphabetical order.

But these files, which stretched from floor to ceiling and seemingly endlessly in either direction, had very different headings.

As I drew near the wall of files, the first to catch my attention was one that read “Girls I Have Liked.” I opened it and began flipping through the cards. I quickly shut it, shocked to realize that I recognized the names written on each one.

And then without being told, I knew exactly where I was. This lifeless room with its small files was a crude catalog system for my life. Here were written the actions of my every moment, big and small, in a detail my memory couldn’t match.

A sense of wonder and curiosity, coupled with horror, stirred within me as I began randomly opening files and exploring their content. Some brought joy and sweet memories; others a sense of shame and regret so intense that I would look over my shoulder to see if anyone was watching. A file named “Friends” was next to one marked “Friends I Have Betrayed.”

The titles ranged from the mundane to the outright weird. “Books I Have Read,” “Lies I Have Told,” “Comfort I Have Given,” “Jokes I Have Laughed At.” Some were almost hilarious in their exactness: “Things I’ve Yelled at My Brothers.”

Others I couldn’t laugh at: “Things I Have Done in My Anger,” “Things I Have Muttered Under My Breath at My Parents.” I never ceased to be surprised by the contents. Often there were many more cards than I expected. Sometimes fewer than I hoped.

I was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of the life I had lived. Could it be possible that I had the time in my 20 years to write each of these thousands or even millions of cards? But each card confirmed this truth.

Each was written in my own handwriting. Each signed with my signature.

When I pulled out the file marked “Songs I Have Listened To,” I realized the files grew to contain their contents. The cards were packed tightly, and yet after two or three yards, I hadn’t found the end of the file.

I shut it, shamed, not so much by the quality of music, but more by the vast amount of time I knew that file represented.

When I came to a file marked “Lustful Thoughts,” I felt a chill run through my body. I pulled the file out only an inch, not willing to test its size, and drew out a card. I shuddered at its detailed content. I felt sick to think that such a moment had been recorded.

An almost animal rage broke on me. One thought dominated my mind: “No one must ever see these cards! No one must ever see this room! I have to destroy them!”

In an insane frenzy I yanked the file out. Its size didn’t matter now. I had to empty it and burn the cards. But as I took it at one end and began pounding it on the floor, I could not dislodge a single card.

I became desperate and pulled out a card, only to find it as strong as steel when I tried to tear it

Defeated and utterly helpless, I returned the file to its slot. Leaning my forehead against the wall, I let out a long, self-pitying sigh.

And then I saw it. The title bore “People I Have Shared the Gospel With.” The handle was brighter than those around it, newer, almost unused. I pulled on its handle and a small box not more than three inches long fell into my hands. I could count the cards it contained on one hand.

And then the tears came. I began to weep.

Sister Christina could freeze you solid with just a glance. She has a normal wooden ruler for little raps over the knuckles and a yardstick for habitual miscreants. She marked harder than any teacher I have ever come across and she would not accept less then perfect. She was/is a big part of who I am today.

I admire and love her still and hope that she is resting peacefully with the Lord.

I realize that due to Papist bigotry, that many Roman Catholics et al have limited understanding of THE BIBLICAL TRUTH and evidently of some of my words in my last post. Perhaps a retry would be helpful.

1. 100% OF EVERYONE will give an account for every idle word as well as the thoughts and intents of the heart.
2. Hint: That includes 100% of all Roman Catholics et al as well as 100% of the Papist bigots within their ranks.

If any of my words in points 1 & 2 above are difficult to understand, I have 15 years of teaching English as a Second Language and MIGHT be able to be of help.

All Christians are against sin as taught in the Bible.

Glory be to Him and not to some sin-filled fallen group of humans in Rome nor the earthly political power structure there.

You do remember that while the Jews gave us the OT it was the Catholic Church that gave you the Bible in in current form (Not the B@$t@RDIZED KJV you cling to and worship as an idol) and with out the Catholic Church you would be no where.

You know, I often visit TWU on business. I had no idea it was such a nest of Roundheads and haters. I suppose I'll write a letter of protest to the author of this tripe, and to the President of the University, but in the end he has the legal right to spew his venom and there is nothing to do but endure it.

Our worst enemies are not the Muslims (a doomed, pathetic cult of losers) or even those who worship Satan directly (a pitiful lot of harmless fools). Our worst enemies are our brother Christians who have fallen prey to the ideas of Luther and his intellectual heirs. By their adherence to the Cult of Individualism and their allegiance to Pope Me, they have succeeded where the others have failed in splitting the Body of Christ.

The only way to beat them is with love. We must love them no matter what they do or say. We must love them, pray for them, parade Our Lady and Our Saints in front of them until their blood boils in impotent rage. We must scoff at their adolescent fixation on individual emotional "worship" and make pitiless fun of their empty rituals and narcissistic prayer practices. We must lovingly but harshly scorn their bibliolatry and relentlessly ridicule their hypocritical self-righteousness and anti-intellectualism.

Above all, we must SACRIFICE OURSELVES for them: first, by praying for them and offering masses for the destruction of all heresy; and secondly, by refusing to allow them to make us angry and hateful. We must pray sincerely for their well-being and prosperity, we must come to their aid when their material needs are not being met, we must answer every hateful name they call us and lie they spread about us with gentleness and truth. We must hate what they stand for, but never hate them as people, because most of them are good people who think they are doing the right thing.

The Protestant denominations are already dying; we need do nothing. Soon, they will hereticize themselves out of existence. Those who remain will flee to the arms of the Catholic Church; those who would rather die than become Catholic will jump aboard whatever Evangelical fad-of-the-month that's making the most money when the crash comes. Either way, they are no threat to us; when the real showdown with the united forces of evil comes, paper-thin, emotion-based Evangelicalism join with the Enemy or be swept away like a sheet of wet toilet paper in a hurricane. Only the Church founded by our Lord and based upon the Rock of Peter will remain -- a fortress that even the Gates of Hell cannot break.

So let them say what they want. Centuries from now, if the Lord tarries, there will be Catholic parishes on the Moon, Mars, and the third planet of Alpha Centauri A. Texas Wesleyan University, the Wesleyan movement, Protestantism in general, and all other schisms and heresies we know today will be gone -- forgotten footnotes in a history nobody reads.
