Homosexuality and the Church Crisis
Renew America ^ | April 24, 2010 | Brian W. Clowes

Due to clergy sex abuse scandals centered primarily in the Northern hemisphere, the moral authority of the Roman Catholic Church has been subjected to an opportunistic siege by prominent individuals and organizations who see the chance to advance their goals, including the ordination of women and the suspension of the requirement for priestly celibacy.

There is also a strongly defensive element to this strategy. Opponents of the Church know that there is a well-documented and strong correlation between male homosexuality and child sexual abuse, but claim that there is no evidence supporting this connection.

And, of course, those who are currently attacking the Church hope that they can undermine its moral authority to preach on the sinfulness of homosexual behavior and weaken its opposition to ersatz homosexual "marriage."

This paper demonstrates that there is indeed a very strong link between male homosexuality and child sexual abuse. It also shows that there is a similar rate of child sexual abuse among other very large groups of adult males (e.g., Protestant clergy, who are usually married), thus proving that celibacy is not the root of the problem — homosexuality is.

The media keeps on falling for the lie that homosexuals are somehow innocent of these molestations. Yet everywhere else in the world, a male who predates on other males is by definition a homosexual. Something drew these sickos to the Priesthood and they have thoroughly defiled it. If this is what happens when homosexuals infiltrate religion, what may happen when they are allowed to infiltrate our military?

How about the child molestation crisis in the public school system.

Time to arrest and charge the head of the NEA.

God didn’t make rules just to spoil our fun. He gave us a users manual for how to the the most out of this life we were given. It might be fun to use a lawn mower to trim a hedge but if you cut your leg off us it the manufacturer’s fault?

never heard of this study or read this study but it doesn’t take too much brains to come to the conclusion this study came to. Figured it out a long time ago.

Let's not lump women's ordination, married priests and homosexual priests together. The last thing the Gay clergy would want is a return of the heterosexual married priests, who would hinder their activities and influence. I suspect the gays and the women would get along just fine, however.

"Opportunistic siege".

Very good. I like that phrase.

Sums it up perfectly.
