Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem~A Psalm For Today

Psalm 122

1. I was glad when they said unto me,
Let us go into the house of the LORD.

2. Our feet shall stand within thy gates,
O Jerusalem.

3. Jerusalem is builded as a city
that is compact together:

4. Whither the tribes go up,
the tribes of the LORD,
unto the testimony of Israel,
to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.

5. For there are set thrones of judgment,
the thrones of the house of David.

6. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem:
they shall prosper that love thee.

7. Peace be within thy walls,
and prosperity within thy palaces.

8. For my brethren and companions' sakes,
I will now say,
Peace be within thee.

9. Because of the house of the LORD our God
I will seek thy good.

Oh LORD, Our God,
How Excellent is Your name Over All The Earth!
Blessed Are You, King of The Universe,
And Sanctified is Your Most Holy Name!
How Happy we are to be called of You,
To Come into Your House With Singing and Praise,
To Exalt Your Name Together, Forever!
We Seek You, and Find You,
And You Deliver Us From Our Fears.

As The Nation of Israel Celebrates its 62nd Birthday,
We who believe in Your Promises are in AWE of how You NEVER FORGET.
We also can get a bit of insight as to why some unbelievers are SO JEALOUS.
They hate YOU, so they hate Your People.

6. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem:
they shall prosper that love thee.

7. Peace be within thy walls,
and prosperity within thy palaces.

8. For my brethren and companions' sakes,
I will now say,
Peace be within thee.

9. Because of the house of the LORD our God
I will seek thy good.

Father, We Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise,
We pray for an END to Lies, Slander, Blood Libel,
Propaganda, and Antisemitism against Your Beloved.
We Pray For An End to Slavery, Hostage-Taking,
and Piracy wherever it is Practiced Around the World.
We Beseech You on Behalf of Our Captive Brethren,
Christians and Jews, In Bondage in Hostile lands,
Especially in Egypt, Somalia, Europe, Pakistan, Iraq and Iran.
We pray for the lost Children of Esau and Ishmael,
That they will throw down their weapons,
And embrace the One True God of Abraham,
For We Know, It is NOT Your Will that ANY Should perish,
As You have said in Your Word.
And We Believe Your Word As it is Written.
Not as Someone ELSE TELLS US it says. (Selah)

Father, Number us NOT with those who whisper lies to Your People.
Those who say "Peace and Safety" out loud,
but who inwardly plot against You and Your Beloved!
We ask You to Intervene in the Affairs of Nations,
And Change the Direction of Our Own.
We Plead With You, That Our Leaders will be Led by You
with regards to Our Own Country's Policies Towards Jerusalem,
Or That You Will Remove Them.
We Plead That Your Will be Done,
On Earth, As It Is In Heaven.

We Plead For Israeli Control Over All the Holy Sites in Israel,
So that People of All Faiths may visit them.
We Pray For Bibi Netayahu, and the Leaders of Israel
May They Receive Wisdom from You to do the Right Thing.
We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

We pray that You protect Israel from all who would harm Your nation & Your people any harm. Give the leaders and people wisdom, knowledge, understanding and discernment. Those who do not acknowledge Jesus as the Messiah, we pray that You open their eyes hearts and minds to the truth. Let scripture become alive to them; showing that the Messiah they are waiting for has come and is waiting for them.

Forty Three Years since the Blessed Re-Unification of Jerusalem in 1967,
And 5770 years since Moses Received The Law on Mt. Sinai, Making Israel A Civilization Under the Rule of Law,
Rather than a mere tribal group.
