The *prophet* Daniel = Daniel as prophet, i.e. when he spoke prophecies. He did that when he spoke to the kings of Babylon.
holy place = a separated place, by extention a place consecrated/dedicated to a higher/lofty/sacred purpose (as opposed to a common/profane place, e.g. Wal-Mart or KFC).
Capitol Hill (and 1600 PA Ave.) is demon-infested, but we knew that.
Like Israel (i.e. Judah, the little country in the ME), America is not like and never will be like the other nations; she is the daughter of the freewoman, not the slave. When the Israelites came out of Egypt (out of the house of bondage), they were joined by the Erev Rav, the mixed multitude of strangers. Nothing new under the sun.
Pharaoh Obama signed Obondage Care on March 30th which was Passover. The freedom loving people protested en masse against this slavery and taxation but pharaoh mocked and asked where was this Armageddon. Cracks in the earth? Asteroids? Where were these things. God has answered clearly.
Obama/Reid/Pelosi are hellbent on crafting America into their own image and likeness. Darkness can not coexist with light. They are attempting to shut out all light and truth and justice. Ugly days lie ahead, before the dawn of a new day.

Not sure and don't know about books on the subject. Jamestown is an interesting study. There is a pattern though, of days and weeks counted from the Obamanation's inauguration that lead to various Jewish holidays. Enough to take notice and wonder what message is there (e.g. a pointing to Haman, and pharaoh..). They are on my FRpage.
