More proof of Google's "anti-Christian" bias
Self

As we know, Google is famous for their logo's during holidays. We also know that for some reason, Christian holidays are either secularized or not represented at all. This was the case again this last Easter.
Usually, Google has a boilerplate explanation that they use, saying in effect that there a literally thousands of holidays and that they can't possibly accommodate them all, and it should in no way be interpreted at 'anti-Christian'
However, go to Google and type in "Christianity is" in their search engine and let Google 'auto-suggest some links for you. You'll be quite surprised.
Their search algorithms seem to have a specific 'tendency', don't you agree?

I guess Easter is one of those minor ones they haven’t heard of. They did commemorate April Fools Day by becoming Topeka for a day.

So don't use google.
Just like your T.V., don't like what's on the screen? CHANGE IT! Use something else. No one is forcing you to use a FREE site.

Actually, if you type “(any religion) is” the same results come up in pretty much the same order. Having said that, I do believe that Google (the company) is crap.

I don’t use Google but I’d like an alternative to Bing and Dogpile.

I might be wrong, but I always thought that those auto suggestions were based upon the most popular search terms used on Google.
If that is the case, my guess is a bunch of people with too much time on their hands try to skew the results.

Another good one* is http://www.startpage.com/. I have made it my default browser and no problems so afr

Dogpile is a search aggregator whose hits often come from Google...

Heh, type in “Democrats are” and see the suggestions.
To: BruCru
That appears to be the case today, but a few weeks ago typing in “Islam is...” would yield ZERO suggestions.

True enough - that’s why I’d like alternatives. I don’t want to do anything that remotely supports Google and I’m not a big Bill Gates fan either.

Actually, you're wrong. Trying typing in "islam is" and see what Google suggests.
Unless they've made changes, you will get ZERO suggestions. Cowards.

They must have made change,s then. I just tried it, and pretty much the same results came up, except for one positive one: “is the light.”
To: MDspinboyredux
