The word Easter was never uttered by the writer of the New Testament, it is a tradition of man.

That's because they spoke Greek and called it "pascha", just like Greeks call it "pascha" today.

And it should have stayed "pascha", instead of busy little fingers changing it to Easter. Christians are sometimes so wrapped up in their traditions they willingly are led astray.
