You watch Oprah a lot, don't you...

You guys are just over the top. I cannot believe you waste so much energy against mormons and their church. Your childish comebacks and petty innuendos only confirm your emotional shortcomings. You need hugs big time.

Witness of the Biblical Christ and the defense of Christianity against the errors of heresy is NEVER a waste of time.

I am sure you will guide us to the proper mindset as a modern American “Oprah Christian”. All paths are right, hell is just an illusion etc.

Teach us...

Believe it.

When the doubts come in the night Iand they will) just remember where you heard the Truth.

Please give us a hug and explain why we shouldn't discuss the differences between doctrine, attempt to engage in discussion with LDS(mostly futile) or exhort others to look, realistically, at what their church is saying, their history and contrived conveniences.

They after all spend day and night looking for new converts, within mainstream Christianity, calling us “Apostates”, “Whores of Babylon” and coning people with contrived constructs that “answer the question you should have asked” or “ignoring subjects of substance in the discussion and answering non-sequitors”.

Further, they hold the Bible, certain parts, as foundation to their belief, while claiming it is a flawed book and theirs, when convenient completes God's word.

They are, in fact, selling a lie and they know it. Otherwise, why obfuscate, avoid or deny truths about their belief system?

See they will feign insult but their very Student manuals explain the differences, so why can't they acknowledge such?

Why can't they explain the duplicitous nature of their doctrine such as people of color may receive the Priesthood here on earth but, they cannot enter into the Priesthood in their celestial kingdom?

Why can't they offer a reasonable explanation for why plural marriages are forbidden in LDS, except where it is not illegal or where it is tolerated/accepted?

Why can't they explain the rationale of a woman being passed around in plural marriage, in their celestial kingdom yet, it is not “approved” her on earth?

Are women chattel in the spirit world? Why?

There are many other questions but they won't discuss them to disabuse us of our skepticism or incorrect perception based on facts we have, with their fact of opposition and writ of explanation?

How is the church growing by making coffee can conversions, praying for the dead, while still discussing Agency and Free Will?

In short, they are gaining new converts among Christians and mostly in areas where learning is subsumed to survival and resulting an illiterate audience who has no possibility of reading and checking veracity. They can only accept what is told them and hope the speaker or salesman is telling them the truth.

They have no voice and we are their advocates.
