I’m from Scranton, and our new bishop-designate is a good guy. It’s interesting to know that HER “Prince of Peace” supports daggering a scissors into the skulls of pre-born babies and sucking the brains out. Perhaps her “god” is Obama or Beelzebub! Bob

He also clarified that, save for her perspective on anti-war issues, "we did not otherwise vet her; such is not our habit when we bring in topical speakers." They did not vet her??? Where have they been? The whole world knows her position on abortion and that of her pinko group. Are they deaf and blind? I am sick of officials of the Catholic Church and others using weak excuses such as this. They thought they could slip her in, and no one would complain... and everyone knows they had to be fully aware of her position on abortion, gay marriage, etc. That priest should read my tag line, and what Pope John II said about "excuses."

**According to a statement by the diocese, however, neither "Cardinal Justin Rigali, Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Scranton, nor Bishop-elect Joseph C. Bambera had authorized the use of a Diocesan or parish facility to host this speaker." **
