This is a thread for the live streaming of Heart of the Matter an outreach to the LDS. A link with the archive will be posted when it is up.
Prayers up. I’m adding two extra special Mormons to my prayers.
Thanks for the reminder.
(19) And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
(20) Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.
1 Corinthians 11:24, 25 (KJV)
(24) And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
(25) After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
I thought you meant for me to! So sorry! And I forgot to give you a hat tip. Want me to have my post deleted?
No of course not, it is for all to share!!!!!
Was it your post that was deleted?
I wonder if someone like Saundra who is a convert, would be willing to attend the Temple without her spouse. He might not be quite as into it as she is.
Shes never mentioned (at least that I have seen) that she has attended the Temple either to marry for eternity or to receive her endowment. Thats why I asked.
In fact, I dont know if resty has either.

It makes one wonder why one would ask such question I know the those kind of question come from the oppostiion to stir up trying to put the other person on the defence to create doubt and fear which is not of the Lord!
Such questions being asked is up to no good!
It is so nice to say with Joy the Lord who needs to know knows!:)
The link on my reply goes directly to an LDS.org article. Black and white, Saundra.
Meanwhile, our Church is growing and we are experiencing a revival. We are the 4th largest denomination in America.
Where's the source for this statement? I provided source for mine, do the same.
Look at this way. Do you really think Glenn Beck would be a member of the kind of church you are portraying in your crazy posts?
I am not a fan of Glenn Beck. I think his alcoholism will eventually win over his mormonism.
and I went to see Becks Christmas Sweater play at the theater. The book/play is about the Atonement and about how the Atonement can change lives and save lives.
The Crucifixion is much more important to Christians than the Atonement, which is one reason mormons aren't considered Christian by real Christians.
I dont know why you guys get so offended. Me thinks thou protesteth a little too much.
We get offended at the audacity of mormonism for denigrating Christianity continuously for over 150 years, and now demanding that Christians accept their definition of what a Christian is!
Religious freedom is one of the gifts of our Founding Fathers. By your constant badgering of Mormons on this site you are making it difficult to believe you believe in freedom of religion. Very difficult.
You are free to rebut every single post if you like. We are free to find the arguments unconvincing and to post facts about Joseph Smith, the charlatan and conman.
Congratulations Saundra, you are in contention for "Player of the Week."

Can you hear me now ???
Loud and clear.

But I KNOW that the book that has the Words of Life, The Chrisitan Bible, the only Words of the Christian God, was written by the Holy Ghost, God, and not by William Shakspeare, Bard...
Thanks be unto God...
:)
Loud and clear, sister!
Praise God!
Thank you everyone.

But the Founding Fathers were all apostates when James Madison wrote the Bill of Rights ...40+ years before the bom...
What would they know ???
Without Joey Smith to guide them ???
Oh thats right how silly of me...
Their Christian ghosts all came to Woodruff and badgered him to get them dead dunked out of Christanity and the Christian heaven with God and into pagan mormonism and Valhalla...
Can such ignorance and/or unsound minds be trusted ???
