Are you talking about ‘predestined’ beliefs?
When St. Paul talks about these beliefs he is talking to the Christians who have professed their belief in Christ and the Holy Spirit — Capter 8 is full of it.
As for indibiduals, St. Paul does not address this in my opinion. Just led a Scripture Study on it yesterday!
I’m not sure. I’ve always thought that Christians believe God knows the future of each individual. I’m wondering if it is long before He creates them, or when He creates them?
