A copy of the commandments is back on the wall of a Kentucky courthouse after the federal court ruled late last week that the display does not violate the U.S. Constitution. After a decade of court battles with the American Civil Liberties Union and others, advocates of religious expression seem to be on a winning streak.

It galls me though that this really small part of the population can and does stamp out everything they don't like. And you know, it's not all agnostics or atheists. I know a few and they really don't care whether I or anyone else believes or not. Let them alone and they will let you alone. No problem.
This used to be a government of the people, by the people and for the people. Today, it's a government of, by and for a small noisy group. It's long past time we take back America. We made some progress tonight with the Brown election. Let's keep that momentum going.
Is it just me? I read the excerpt, went to the link, and yet I kept reading/seeing this as Kennedy courthouse...

There’s been an end run around the ban for years.
Court houses have listed laws instead of commandments such as county prisoners shall not work on Sunday.
Statute #
Law against murder
Law against theft
Law against prostitution
etc.
