There are some things in the Bible that can only be understood by being enlighten by the Holy Spirit, and truth revealed to those who are filled by the Holy Spirit, the average unregenerate natural man can not nor ever understand and comprehend many things in the Bible.

This is simply an assertion. Anything written (or spoken) in a language can be understood by someone with enough experience and background with that language regardless of whether he believes what he is reading (or hearing). There are many things in scripture that even believers have difficulty understanding and, according to Peter, the unstable and ignorant can "wrest, as they do the other scriptures, unto their own destruction."

According to the Bible, reading or hearing (and the understanding) comes before believing (Romans 10:14).

No, your statement is simply an " Assertion and untruth " because the bible actually tells us that the natural man can not perceive the things of the Spirit of God , nor indeed can he.
I am not standing here trying to prove that either I am right or wrong, I am just defending what the Bible actually tells us.
