The reason I ask is that, the way you are writing, it sounds as if you were writing AS God. So, either you claim yourself as a prophet, or claim yourself as God.
The prophets, if you haven’t noticed, say “Thus sayeth the Lord...” before prophetic utterings.
do you believe speaking in tongues is for today ?
Is this intended as a prophesy? Are you a prophet?
What is an “aaronic blessing”? Aaron was the forefather of the priests under the old covenant. I live under the new covenant, with a priesthood of all believers under Christ the great high priest.
What do you mean when you refer to God “literally” turning His face and light on us? You say this in the context of continual vague references to the moon; are you predicting some out-of-the-ordinary cosmological event will occur? You say this (whatever it is) will be a sign, yet you also say it will take place in person for those willing to wait on God. What do you mean by that? Are you saying these people will experience a vision of or appearance by the Lord similar to Paul’s experience on the Damascus road?
(For those of you who may be spectating, note that this latter part about something that happens “in person” is conveniently unfalsifiable, since there is always the excuse that people were not “willing to wait upon The Lord.”)
That still doesn’t answer MY question. Make your claim, God or prophet.
You should expect no answer to this question when you have been unwilling to answer so many repeated, simple and direct questions posed to you, though irishtenor may of course choose to answer it if he is a sufficiently good humor.
Again, just for kicks: Are you a prophet?
Actually, I won’t tell the Spirit what to do. If he wants me to speak in tongues, I will.
HOWEVER, tongues is the LEAST of the manifestations of the Holy Spirit. Why be concerned about that when it is the Spirit that allows prophets to prophesy.
I am also wondering what manifestation of tongues he is concerned about. Is it speaking a prayer language to God, or is it the more effectual and edifying speaking an unknown tongue (to you) to someone who speaks that language, thus being able to prophesy to him. (Once again, an edifying experience)
Methinks we may have frightened him away.
So either Ol’Jed here is actually E.W.Bullinger, or he was plagerizing. Interesting.
All very interesting, but could you give me the quick version of how Matthew 24 connects with May 14, 1948 — and the reference you’ve given, along with the mention of “this generation”... :-)
Observe August carefully , there will be a shift in the leadership of Italy where it really counts .You could also witness a European nation shaken to its very core and perhaps lose its flag soon . . .
What are we to make of this, Jedediah? Maybe you didn't mean THIS past August, August 2009, when you said that in July 2009?
I note with some perplexity that on your blog, you refer to your postings as "prophetic" and "revelation." Yet when people here ask if you consider yourself a prophet, or if you consider your writings prophetic or to be divinely inspired, you seem to have an almost pathological aversion to giving an answer.
Well, I ended up posting to the wrong thread on that one... LOL...
But, the numerology is interesting anyway.... but is only a sideline for me....
Actually...Number in Scripture is NOT numerology...that’s why I posted that link to you. It is an amazing book on the meaning of the numbers in the scriptures...Dr. Bullinger probably does the best I’ve ever seen explaining the numbers in the scriptures and backs those numbers with scriptures.
Yup, he’s scared, and I am leaving... not in fright, but because it is time for me to go home from work.
I went out to get something to eat
this word came as a result of interpreation of tongues .
this word came as a result of interpreation of tongues .
Whose interpretation of whose speech in tongues? Were you the one speaking, interpreting, or both?
(Piling on more direct questions that I know he’ll never answer.)
Do you plan to address my questions attempting to clarify your “word” above?
By the way, I note that you don’t list “Jesus the author and finisher” as the author of your pieces like you used to. Does this mean you no longer claim to speak for God?
I was asked not to put that up so I did as I was asked .
This was spoken in tongues by a woman in Oregon and interpreted .
