Would their salvation be lost?

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
